Acne avoidance pointers
- Wash your face twice per day with a gentle cleanser. Exfoliate but don’t wash your skin.

- Avoid exposing your skin to too much sun, cold or heat.
- Prevent wearing tight-fitting clothes as it could trap sweat against the skin.
- Employ lavender or tea tree oil onto the acne affected region. These vital oils are organic antibiotics ruining a wide selection of germs and decrease redness, itchiness and stinging. Try a steam facial of boiling water blended with few drops of tea tree oil. When you’re finished, dab your face with cold water, to help close the pores again.
- Cut fresh garlic clove in half and set it on the affected place.
- Place a teaspoon of lemon juice and ground cinnamon on the acne.
- Apply vinegar to the face with a cotton ball and let it sit for ten minutes and then rinse with cold water.
